Every One OAK piece is created with intention, care, and irreplaceable materials. Because each garment is hand-crafted from repurposed textiles and made as a 1/1 original, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on completed garments.
Once it's yours, it's yours forever.
What We Can Do
If There's a Defect or Issue
If your piece arrives with a construction defect or damage from shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work with you to:
- Repair the piece (free of charge)
- Offer store credit for a future purchase
- Find another solution that works
Custom Commissions
For custom orders, we provide detailed photos and measurements before finalizing. Once you approve the piece, all sales are final.

We want you to love your One OAK piece! Here's how to make sure it's right for you:
Check measurements carefully — all dimensions are listed in product descriptions

Request additional photos — we're happy to send more detail shots
Understand the material — repurposed textiles have character, history, and imperfections that make them unique
Workshop Cancellations
If You Need to Cancel:
- 7+ days before workshop: Full refund or transfer to another date
- 3-6 days before workshop: 50% refund or full credit toward future workshop
- Less than 3 days before workshop: No refund, but you can transfer your spot to someone else
If We Cancel:
You'll receive a full refund or credit toward any future workshop, plus first dibs on the rescheduled date.
